while driving around loy recently i remembered an old lady i used to regularly see standing on one of the street corners. local legend has it she suffered from st vitus dance (now known as sydenham's ca). when writing this song i realised i didn't know her name or anything about her other than that i always saw her standing on the same street corner. i seem to remember someone telling me once that the old lady was a great dancer in her youth.. the le comes from the street she lived in...paradise street... dw
