This is the Privacy Policy applicable to the application “IndieSound.com” which operates in conjunction with the website http://www.IndieSound.com separately or together (the “Site”). A reference to “we”, “us” or “our” is to IndieSound.com.

By accepting the Privacy Policy in registration, by visiting and using the Site or by otherwise providing us with your personal information, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


Public (Unregistered) Users

We will not capture data about public (unregistered) users of the Site, other than your IP address and session details such as pages viewed, refferer information and type of browser used. This information is automatically logged by the web server and will be used to evaluate the use and performance of the network.


Registration

To become a registered user of the Site (“User”), you must provide various contact and identity information and other personal information as indicated on the relevant forms. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. In addition, as you use the Site, you may from time to time enter or send to us personal information.

Your Profile may also be indexed by search engine websites, such as Google, Bing or Yahoo, through the use of automated robots. These search engine robots will index the Site at various times over which we have no control. Any information gathered by the search engine’s robot will be searchable within the search engine’s website. If you update your Profile the changes may not be updated by the search engine until its robot indexes the Site again.
