i had some bits and pieces left over from the original version of this song (see below). i decided to incorporate them into a new version. the verse/chorus/verse/chorus are the same but with a spr backing ~ just acoustic/bass/drums. things change however when you get to the middle and end sections. i incorporated the traditional tune “now i lay me down to sleep...” in the middle section. if you listen carefully you may hear fireworks going off in the background as i recorded the lead vox when bonfire night the 5th of november was in full swing. dw
