way back in the late 80s graeme & i recorded his “house full of strangers cassette using 2 x 4 track cassette decks and bouncing tracks between them ~ it was a laborious process but we got there in the end! a few years ago i realised i had the technology/software to transfer the tracks from the cassette to a pc hard drive so set about doing so before the natural life span of a cassette tape came to an end. the results weren't perfect (audible tape hum/hiss and some tape wobble) but at least the tracks were saved and now dear listener, you have a chance to hear them too. dw
