i was watching the anime carole and tuesday which is about two girls from completely different walks of life becoming musical partners and achieving fame. plus some other anime subplot that was even cooler but i'll leave it at that. anyways, in the show, there's an "american idol" inspired compeion show and one of the songs from a different contestant went so hard that i wanted to write a song with the same vibe. i started this song back in december and only yesterday wrote the bridge and mixed/mastered it today. this song has taken on its own unique personality since my original influence but it still can't touch the song that inspired it.
