after taking a music history course and learning about latin music, i was assigned to write a song in one of the styles we reviewed. of course, i added some rock elements to give it my own style! i was running late on this assignment and hadn't even started working on it before the day that it was due so when i woke up that morning to go to school, i tracked some quick guitar and bass parts. after my first class of the day, i edited those parts around and added the rest of the instrumentation. i polished the song during the start of the class and submitted it on time!
