in lawrenceville, georgia – january 5th, 2019 – fbmking is a musical artist born in greensboro, nc where in later years of his life he moved down to georgia. having more cultures placed into him. because fbmking has influence from artist that range from chris brown all the way to eminem. he channels a more rnb undertone that has trap beat to support his vocals. this song shows fbmking’s love for music by combining two of his favorite genres and adding mixture of different cultures to make a new sound.

‘roses’ is a catchy song that has a bit of a melancholy vibe to it, this brings emotion and vibes to the song that makes it ten times better. with heavy influences from 2000’s rnb from artist such as usher, drake, tory lanes, along with but a bit of modern hip-hop culture and southern style in the mix, putting all of that into consideration, this is a song meant for the mainstream audiences.

with fbmking growing up in greensboro, north carolina and his father being a musician he had an exposure to music and a developing love for the arts of rnb and hip-hop. at an early age he developed many different interest in genres of music. “if i could describe my music in in one genre i most likely couldn’t because there genres so many genres i could tap into in the span of a song, i would consider myself a singer while being able to say i’m a rapper […] it’s just crazy how combining genres and making a new sound can be an amazing thing” (source: all$miles vs fbmking 2020 interview) fbmking brought a blend of his favorite genres and a purpose to make people dance to the table to create his latest single, “roses” which will be a part of his “drheartbreaksep” ep debuting jan 6th .
