Well, I liked that place and I liked her face, and the warm that was growing inside
I said, “Lady oh lady, you’re drivin’ me crazy, feelin’ feelin’s I just can hide!”

When her hand touched mine I was inclined to say that it felt just right
And I knew right then and there you see, it wouldn’t end that night

Ah, that was the end of lonely days
The start of real warm nights
It was two for two in all we’d do
We were on a ride
I went for a walk one day in May
And it changed my life
