bonus track: one small step ~ the crew of apollo 11 (6.02)

i recently watched the new film about the apollo 11 mission to the moon which included a lot of previously unseen footage ~ i suspect it'd been cleaned up as the quality is excellent + it's well worth a watch with a lot of detail that i didn't know beforehand including neil armstrong meaning to say “that's one small step for a man...” instead of “that's one small step for man...” also didn't know that “mother country” by the late john stewart was listened to in the command module on the way home...

this version originally had a lot more instrumentation in it, but after a few listens i decided to strip it right back to basics...

as the first moon landing was such a vital part of our history i thought it only ing to include an “empty chair” song about it...sadly only buzz aldrin remains as both neil armstrong (2012) and michael collins (2021) are no longer with us...
