This is my newest track 'home away from '. It's hard to name one single thing that inspired me to write this song as i tend to take inspiration from many things, but i will say that the lyrics are about two soulmates who find their home is with each other - wherever their journeys take them!

I took the lyrics of this song from victor hugo's novel, the man who laughs (which is one of my all time favourite books). The song is performed by the blind dea at a travelling fair. I don't know how the melody is actually supposed to go so i made up my own

This wasn't what i wanted to upload for the last song of the month but it's another fun synthy vibe that captures the light-hearted nature that i hope to embody until next semester! Since i really wanted to finish and upload a different song today i might just upload it next month sometime instead....
