MAX Is Finally Getting The Attention and Love He Deserves

MAX is a pop singer and songwriter who has been in the music/entertainment business since starring on Nickelodeon’s movie Rags and television show How to Rock  back in 2012, along with many other roles in the industry. One of these roles include going on tour with Fall Out Boy, Wiz Khalifa, and Hoodie Allen on the Boys of Zummer Tour back in 2015.

Now, MAX is finally getting the attention and love he deserves even more than ever after his single, “Lights Down Low” featuring gnash made it on the radio. After getting airplay, it gave the song the opportunity to thrive further, which eventually captured the hearts of listeners from around the world. Although the single just recently got recognized, the video has been out since October of 2016. Talk about being late to the party huh?

One of the coolest things about the track is the fact that the song was originally for his wife. He proposed to his wife with THIS song. But we’re glad he shared it with the world too, because it motivates love no matter who you are, where you’re from, or what your sexual orientation is. And we’re all for that here at IndieSound.com.

To spice things up, MAX released another version of “Lights Down Low” last month which features the incredibly talented TINI. In this version, TINI adds a Latin twist to the track as she sings her own verse, along with a duet in the second chorus with MAX, singing together, “Oh, turn the lights turn the lights down low / Yeah, now I’m feeling you breathing slow / ‘Cause, baby, we’re just reckless kids / Trying to find an island in the flood / Oh, turn the lights, turn the lights down low.”

“I’ve always envisioned a female voice on the is song and I’m so honored to have such a beautiful one on it now,” MAX shares in the description for the track on YouTube.
